before I kept things bottled up which did not help, so if you bottle things up then try talking about things it can help you.
well to be honest I am an expert on being myself as we all learn and do different things, we all need to learn how other people might react to things and lets hope it's fair,
suffered from depression a couple of time and it is not something easy to get over but I can see good point to help.
the smallest thing can stress us out so why not take a moment and talk about it to someone and hopefully the stress goes away and you feel better and can carry on your day as normal,
