Hi there. I want to bite the bullet and finally learn about personal finance. Specifically mortgages. It''s something I''ve buried my head in the sand for for some time DESPITE having two (yikes), with my husband. The last time we re-mortgaged we realised that we were very heavily reliant on our designated "advisor" and although I did trust him, I like CONTROL and I''d love to finally understand what it all means (including the rules of BTL motgages, gulp). Can anyone financially savvy give me a 101 and help? Thank you!!
